About Us

About 911 Restoration of Minneapolis

911 Restoration of Minneapolis is locally owned and operated, part of a national network but run by people who live where they work. The name on the trucks reaches across the U.S. and Canada; the hands on the equipment belong to the Twin Cities.

National training and standards

Delivered by a local team that answers for its own work.

Home base in Blaine, MN

From there our crews cover the whole Twin Cities metro.

Certified and background checked

IICRC certification and background checks are house rules.

That combination is deliberate: national training, standards, and resources, delivered by a local team that answers for its own work, in its own community, year after year.

Home base is our office in Blaine, and from there our crews cover the whole Twin Cities metro. This page is the story of who we are and how we work. The people themselves are one click deeper at meet the team, and what our customers say about us lives at reviews.

The philosophy

The Fresh Start

Every 911 Restoration location works under the same philosophy, and ours wears it proudly. The Fresh Start means the job is bigger than the drying equipment: a family standing in a flooded kitchen is not looking for a vendor, they are looking for the moment life feels normal again, and everything we do is aimed at getting them there faster.

How We Run the Company

Three commitments shape everything from hiring to the last walkthrough.

Certification as culture

IICRC certification is the industry's standard for restoration work, and here it is a house rule rather than a resume line. Our technicians train and test against those published standards, and the habits they encode, moisture readings over guesswork, containment over shortcuts, show up on every job whether anyone is checking or not.

People we would send to our own homes

Restoration crews work inside people's houses on their hardest days, so every member of our team is background checked, and we hire for the temperament the work demands: patient with worried homeowners, honest about what can be saved, and steady at 2 a.m. The test for every hire is simple: would we send this person to a family member's flooded basement.

Rooted in Blaine, serving the metro

Our office and equipment live in Blaine, which puts crews within reach of the whole Twin Cities metro at any hour. A local home base is also an accountability address: we are not a phone number that dissolves after storm season, and the work we do this year has to stand up to neighbors we will see next year.

Part of the Community, Not Just Its Emergencies

A restoration company meets its community on bad days by definition, so we look for ways to show up on the good ones too. That starts with the free Minnesota Water Damage Resource Center, our library of guides and checklists built to keep local homes out of trouble in the first place.

The library is free to everyone, customer or not, at the resource center.
